Senior AI Transformation & Innovation Consultant

Celonis, the process intelligence platform company, is hiring a Senior AI Transformation & Innovation Consultant (internal title: Senior Applied Value Engineer) in Munich to work with its most strategic customers. The role diagnoses customers' strategy and operational challenges, then architects and prototypes AI solutions such as LLM/agent systems with RAG on the Celonis platform and demonstrates their business impact to C-suite executives. You will lead Proof-of-Value projects and stay involved with accounts until adoption and agreed value are achieved. Candidates need 5+ years of executive-facing presales or value engineering experience, Python and SQL skills, domain expertise in areas such as supply chain or finance, and native-level German.
Requirements
- 5+ years of executive-facing presales and value engineering experience, including independently owning the technical close
- Proven background in Proof-of-Value execution and complex ROI/TCO modeling
- Domain and industry expertise in core operational workflows such as supply chain or finance
- Python proficiency, modular API design and building reusable libraries
- Advanced SQL and scalable data integration using ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Hugging Face)
- Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders, including executives
- Native-level or near-native German, written and spoken
