AI Builder, Emerging Talent - EMEA Central Market

Salesforce is hiring early-career AI Builders in Munich as part of its first AI Builder New Grad cohort, embedded with customer-facing teams. Working in cross-functional builder pods, you will design, develop and deploy agentic solutions on the Agentforce platform for large enterprise customers, from prompts, reasoning and tool calls to the overall agent architecture. The role builds and ships production systems in JavaScript, Python and Apex while partnering with clients and sales teams to turn business challenges into AI solutions. Candidates need a Computer Science or engineering background, hands-on LLM and prompt engineering experience, React/TypeScript/GraphQL/Python skills, fluent German and English, and willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
