Director of Valuation Services (d/f/m)

Sprengnetter, part of the Scout24 group since 2023, provides property valuation software, market data, professional services and training to the lending and real estate industries. The Director of Valuation Services takes end-to-end ownership of the valuation services business and redesigns its operating model into simpler, scalable and technology-ready processes. The role leads several team leads, works closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Finance and Compliance, and builds relationships with banks and partners, including pitches and client meetings. Candidates need experience in operations, service delivery, consulting or a similar commercial environment, people leadership experience, strong German and English, and experience using AI tools effectively.
