Description

PAIR Finance, an AI-driven debt collection company, is looking for a Senior Collection Specialist Quality to own the quality of its collection processes and teams. You will design and optimise trainings and learning paths, analyse quality samples to identify gaps, and expand process documentation to new European markets such as the UK. The role also builds a structured knowledge base for AI-powered tools and uses KPI reporting to improve quality standards. Candidates need 3+ years of senior-level experience in training, documentation or quality management, fluent English, and experience with learning management systems and process documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of senior-level experience in training and documentation and/or quality management
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with learning management systems or learning path design
  • Familiarity with process documentation and process optimisation
  • Strong understanding of internationally varying regulatory requirements
  • Basic understanding of AI-powered tools such as Claude
  • Independent, structured work style with strong written and verbal communication skills
