Description

AWS is hiring a Manager Solutions Architecture in Germany to lead a team of solutions architects serving Enterprise customers in the Power/Utilities, Healthcare and Life Science industries. You will hire, coach and develop solutions architects, own the technical strategy that drives adoption of well-architected AWS solutions, and work with account management, service teams, marketing and professional services. The role involves engaging directly with customer executives, guiding reference architectures and whitepapers, and acting as a thought leader who influences customers' IT strategy. Candidates need experience architecting cloud solutions, leading teams of senior technology professionals and influencing senior executives, plus fluent German and English (C1 or above).

Requirements

  • Experience architecting or operating solutions on a cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI
  • Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps for cloud transformations
  • Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals
  • Fluent German and English (C1 or above) in speaking, writing and reading
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives in enterprise customers
