
Sales Operations Manager (m/f/x)
Description
Statista, the global business data platform, is looking for a Sales Operations Manager in Hamburg to support its commercial teams with Salesforce, reporting, data and processes. Working with the Sales Operations team, the Salesforce Administrator and the Sales teams, the role handles day-to-day operational requests, creates Salesforce reports and dashboards, and helps with sales targets, account assignments and data quality. It also supports Salesforce user management, configuration and testing, coordinates support requests in tools such as Jira or Asana, and helps improve and automate Sales Operations processes. Candidates need 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, CRM administration or a similar environment and an understanding of B2B sales processes.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, CRM administration or a similar environment
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and interest in working with data and systems
- First hands-on experience with Salesforce or strong motivation to learn it
- Structured, reliable and service-oriented way of working
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and ownership
- Interest in using automation and AI tools responsibly
