Description

adjoe, the Hamburg-based adtech company behind Playtime Arcade and adjoe Ads, is hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer for its Partner/Product Operations team, which reaches over 770 million users. The team acts as the safety net for product teams and first line of defense for enterprise publishers, working across the full stack (backend services, SDKs, catalog, integrations) to unblock strategic launches, build custom integrations and resolve critical production issues. You develop end-to-end platform features with Golang on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend, improve reliability-first microservices and APIs, and build diagnostic tooling to automate root-cause resolution. The role requires 5+ years of full-stack experience, clean-code practices (SOLID, DRY), and mentoring of junior developers. Relocation support to Hamburg is offered.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building modern full-stack web and server applications
  • Profound hands-on knowledge of Golang on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend
  • Strong foundation in robust backend architecture and reliability-first Golang microservices
  • Experience designing performant web/mobile frontends and optimizing frontend-to-backend communication across REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, and HTTP
  • Clean-code practices guided by SOLID and DRY principles and common design patterns
  • Experience with thorough code reviews and mentoring junior developers
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across international teams
