Corporate Finance Analyst (Temporary)
Description
Forto, a logistics company using AI to build transparent digital supply chains, is looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst for a hands-on, temporary 2-3 month engagement, working remotely in Germany. The role organizes how finance operates internally and supports the company's fundraise with business plan and financial model adjustments, pitch deck preparation and ad-hoc analyses such as investor response analysis. You will analyze commercial KPI trends and help maintain the IRL and virtual data room. Candidates need a few years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A with deep financial modeling skills and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, ideally with fundraising or M&A experience.
Requirements
- A few years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A or a similar position with emphasis on forecasting, financial analysis and financial modeling
- Ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Deep financial modeling skills for insightful financial analyses
- Teamwork and an intensive hands-on mentality
- Affinity for numbers, accuracy and reliability
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Google Sheets and Google Slides)
