Description
n8n is hiring its first dedicated GTM Data Analyst to own the analytics behind its sales pipeline, funnel conversion and go-to-market planning. Sitting in the data team and embedded with RevOps and Sales, you will build pipeline models and views, support forecasting with analysis and accuracy tracking, and run win/loss analysis. The role includes building account and lead scoring from product usage and firmographic signals, modelling territories, quota and capacity for annual planning, and standardising metric definitions and dashboards on a BigQuery, dbt and Metabase stack. Candidates need 5+ years of sales, revenue or GTM analytics experience in B2B SaaS, expert SQL and Salesforce knowledge. The role is remote across Germany, the UK and a range of other European countries.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, revenue or GTM analytics at a B2B SaaS company, with real ownership of the sales funnel
- Fluency in sales metrics such as pipeline coverage, stage conversion, velocity, win rate, ACV, quota attainment, ramp and ARR/NRR
- Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM, including its structure, quirks and data hygiene problems
- Experience building or contributing to defensible forecast models
- Expert SQL and comfort with a modern warehouse stack (BigQuery, dbt, Metabase/Hex or equivalent)
- Territory, quota or capacity modelling experience for a real sales organisation
- Business partner mindset, credible with sales leaders and reps
- Opinionated and high-agency: identifies what is worth analysing and arrives with a recommendation
- Strong written communication through memos and readouts that change decisions
