Description

Delivery Hero is looking for a Lead Project Manager to join its Fintech team in Berlin, which builds payment, wallet and credit products for customers and merchants. You lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex cross-team technical projects in the Fintech department, defining scope, objectives and timelines with stakeholders and estimating effort and allocating resources with engineering managers. The role involves monitoring progress, mitigating risks, fostering collaboration across Engineering, Product, Compliance and Operations, and using data and KPIs to steer project decisions. Candidates need 5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce, FinTech or a similar industry and solid technical aptitude.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven project management experience in e-commerce, FinTech or a similar industry
  • Solid technical aptitude and the ability to understand technical designs, challenges and risks
  • Experience in project risk management and data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated success leading and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills, including translating data for different audiences
  • Growth mindset with commitment to learning and developing yourself and others
