Description

CHECK24 Vergleichsportal Camper GmbH is looking for a working student in technical product management and data science for its camper and car rental comparison in Augsburg. From day one you work in the product management team with product managers, customer service, partners and IT, helping to design key features such as intelligent processing of customer enquiries, search optimisation and new ways for customers to interact with the product. You also help run and improve automated service solutions like the chatbot and voice agent, handle adjustments to partner API integrations and develop your own concepts based on competitors, market developments and customer feedback. Candidates should be enrolled in an IT or technical-analytical degree with good grades, be enthusiastic about generative AI and LLM tools and speak business-fluent German and English.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree with good grades, ideally with an IT or technical-analytical focus such as computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, business mathematics or business administration
  • Active interest in generative AI and large language models, hands-on use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Cursor, and enthusiasm for the camper product
  • Analytical, structured and independent way of working to improve the product based on data and facts
  • Very good communication skills and team spirit for fast, constructive alignment with various stakeholders
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Business-fluent written and spoken German and English
