Head of Operations (d/w/m)

Head of Operations at Sprengnetter, part of the Scout24 Group and a provider of real estate valuation software, market data and professional services. You take end-to-end responsibility for the company's Valuation Services, growing the business with an eye on customers, quality, growth and profitability. You redesign the operating model, lead and develop several team leads, and collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Finance and Compliance. You also build trusted relationships with banks and partners to strengthen the company's position as partner of choice for valuation services.
