ICT GRC - ICT Compliance Senior Manager
Description
N26 is hiring an ICT Compliance Senior Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of its IT compliance framework within the second line of defense in the CISO Office. The role runs independent second-line assessments of the Information Security Management System and ICT controls, ensuring adherence to EU and German frameworks such as DORA, MaRisk, BAIT, and PSD3, plus ISO 27001 and NIST. It owns regulatory reporting, serves as the principal contact for audits and regulatory examinations, and leads a team while championing AI-enabled compliance monitoring. It is a full-time role in Berlin requiring English and German.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in IT risk management, ICT compliance, or information security, with significant leadership exposure in regulated financial services
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or a related field
- Deep mastery of EU and German regulatory frameworks (DORA, MaRisk, BAIT, PSD3/PSD2, CSA) and security frameworks (ISO 27000 series, NIST CSF)
- Comprehensive technical grasp of cloud security, application security, microservices, and IT infrastructure controls
- Proven track record defining strategy and owning regulatory compliance programs at a senior level
- Professional working proficiency in English and German
