Description
Business Growth & GTM Manager at Scout24 (ImmoScout24), Germany's leading real estate marketplace. You own the go-to-market process for new product releases, developing rollout strategies with Product, Sales and Marketing and ensuring new features are successfully launched and adopted. You analyse product usage and customer feedback to drive feature adoption, and develop commercial strategies, pricing and monetisation approaches together with Product and Sales. You also identify new market potential, orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure the operational prerequisites for new offerings are in place.
Requirements
- Strategic and commercial thinking about how digital products grow sustainably (business cases, customer value, monetisation)
- Several years of experience in business development, commercial product management or go-to-market management of digital B2B products
- Track record of successfully launching new products or features in the market
- Strong stakeholder management, building relationships and moving complex organisations without disciplinary authority
- Analytical and conceptual strength, deriving decisions from data
- Project and programme management across many parallel initiatives
- Hands-on mentality and ownership
- Strong communication at all levels of the organisation
