Customer Care & Claims Agent Netherlands (m/f/d)
Description
Alteos, an AXA-backed insurance-technology company based in Berlin, is looking for a Customer Care & Claims Agent for the Dutch market. As the first point of contact for customers and partners in the Netherlands, you handle calls and emails, log them, and resolve issues on first contact. You take ownership of new claims cases, meet service levels, and clearly explain how and why decisions are made. You also actively use and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) and an in-house contract management system and help the Operations team continuously improve processes.
Requirements
- Dutch as your mother tongue and fluency in English
- Experience in customer service, customer care, or a service center
- Strong customer focus, decisiveness, and assertiveness
- Excellent communication skills
