Office Manager / Team Assistant (m/f/d) Car Rental
Description
CHECK24 is looking for an Office Manager / Team Assistant for its car rental comparison (Mietwagen) business at the Augsburg location in the HELIO building near the main station. You would be the central point of contact at reception for applicants, suppliers, visitors and colleagues, and would independently run general office organisation including correspondence, filing, mail, ordering and equipment management. The role also covers planning internal events, coordinating occupational safety, facility and building management, and delivering projects such as office moves and location openings. It is an on-site, full-time position in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Requirements
- A very well completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in office management or an assistant role
- Quick comprehension, high commitment and a hands-on mentality to find and implement pragmatic solutions; strong organisational talent, resilience and team spirit
- Friendly, professional and service-oriented manner towards guests and employees
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and digital tools, with openness to trying new AI applications
- Business-fluent German, written and spoken
