Description

A project management role responsible for complex development projects delivering innovative Software Defined Radio (SDR) solutions. The project lead directs and coordinates interdisciplinary teams spanning hardware and software development, manufacturing, purchasing and quality within a matrix structure. Responsibilities include creating project plans, budgets and schedules, tracking milestones, managing risks, and steering communication with internal and external stakeholders including customers and suppliers. The role applies agile (Scrum) or classic (V-model) methods and ensures compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and AQAP-2110/2210.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree, ideally a master's or equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Physics or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience as a project leader
  • Practical experience with project management methods and tools such as Agile, Scrum and JIRA
  • Good knowledge of product architecture and product design
  • Strong analytical and structuring skills
  • Leadership qualities and clear, convincing communication in interdisciplinary teams
  • Very good German and English, written and spoken
