Team Lead Deposit Operations - Synchronised Model (m/f/d)
Description
Team Lead for the Synchronised Model Deposit Operations team within Raisin's Operations department, responsible for the technical and operational management of real-time deposit flows for partner banks using Portal, Hybrid, and Automation integration models. You manage the team and high-frequency deposit flows, execute and supervise real-time payment flows under the four-eyes principle, and conduct daily high-frequency reconciliations to ensure data parity with partner-bank records. You serve as the primary operational liaison for deposit-taking banks, manage SLAs, and partner with Product and Tech to refine processes and mitigate operational risk. Raisin is a leading FinTech platform for savings and investment products.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record within Operations/FinTech with understanding of internal ledger systems, high-frequency transaction flows, and reconciliation practices
- Familiarity with integration models (Portal, Hybrid, or Automation) and experience executing four-eyes principle controls to resolve sync lags
- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members and collaborate across Product, Tech, and partner-bank contacts
- Strong attention to detail with focus on operational risk mitigation, SLA compliance, and driving automation
