Description

Helsing, a defence AI company, is hiring a Team Assistant in Munich to support its leadership team as it works with government, armed forces, and industry partners. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the role organises high-stakes meetings, manages complex diaries across time zones, and handles correspondence with senior officials discreetly. It also plans domestic and international travel, processes expenses accurately, and keeps information flowing between departments. It requires experience supporting senior stakeholders, fluency in German and English, and confidence with MS Office, especially Outlook.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in an administrative, team assistant, office management, workplace coordination, event management, or hospitality role
  • Ability to organise competing priorities and keep structure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Clear written and in-person communication and effective engagement with senior officials in private and public sectors
  • Sound professional judgement, reliability, and complete discretion with confidential information
  • Fluent German and English and comfort with MS Office, especially Outlook
