Description

Forto, a digital logistics and supply-chain company, is hiring a Salesforce Administrator based in Berlin to keep its Sales Cloud platform running efficiently and scaling with the business. Serving as a central contact for Commercial, Legal, and Product teams, you will gather requirements, perform declarative configuration (Flows, permission sets, dynamic layouts, approval processes, custom reporting), and handle day-to-day administration such as user management and support tickets. The role also covers data integrity via validation rules and ETL tools, sandbox and release management, and maintaining third-party integrations like Slack, Outreach, and Clay. Candidates need 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and a Salesforce Certified Administrator credential. Strong English communication with non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
  • Experience creating best-practice declarative solutions, particularly Flows, Lightning Apps, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
  • Experience working directly with diverse stakeholder groups and managing expectations
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English, translating technical requirements for non-technical colleagues
