Description

SumUp, a global fintech serving over 4 million small businesses, is hiring a Workplace Experience Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract for its Berlin office. Working within the Berlin workplace team, you will keep the office running smoothly, handling daily operations, orders, vendor management, invoices, and bank letters. You will also support the People, Global Mobility, and Travel & Expense teams with relocations, corporate flats, and hotel agreements. The role is office-based and suits someone with office management or administrative experience who is comfortable in both English and German.

Requirements

  • Experience in office management, administration, or an assistant-type role
  • Comfortable communicating in both English and German, written and verbal
  • Ability to stay flexible and adapt quickly when priorities change
  • Strong attention to detail with a practical, problem-solving approach
  • A friendly, approachable presence that puts visitors and new joiners at ease
