Description
SumUp is hiring a Customer Support Agent for the German market, based onsite in its Berlin office. The role involves supporting German-speaking merchants by phone, email, chat and social media on questions about SumUp's POS solution, and working to optimize customer-related processes to improve merchant satisfaction. Candidates need multi-tasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication in German and English, a problem-solving attitude, and experience with CRM systems.
