Description

CHECK24 is hiring a Junior Product Manager for AI & Digital Product Development in its Leipzig-based Travel division to help integrate artificial intelligence into digital travel products used by millions of customers. The role involves analyzing user pain points, translating them into requirements and user stories, and supporting new AI-powered features from concept through launch alongside product management, IT, and data science. The successful candidate will use modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor, and Figma Make while gradually taking ownership of their own workstreams. Candidates should hold a strong Bachelor's degree, have an interest in AI and digital products, and be fluent in German and English at C1 level.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree (at least Bachelor's) with strong academic performance among high achievers in your field of study
  • Strong analytical skills: quickly identify connections, structure complex issues clearly, and have high standards for quality results
  • Interest in AI, digital products, user behavior, and data-driven decisions, with a desire to develop quickly in this environment
  • Willingness to take on responsibility early, try new things, and quickly get up to speed on product, data, and AI topics
  • Clear communication, team collaboration, and ability to constructively combine different perspectives
  • Fluent German and English, at least C1 level
