- Several years of practical experience designing and implementing complex software or AI solutions in enterprise environments, including proven architectural responsibility
- Practical experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD/GitOps, and best practices in observability and security
- Solid understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps patterns, data platforms, and model serving architectures across cloud, on-premise, and edge environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, evaluate trade-offs, and create architecture artifacts such as diagrams, API specifications, and decision documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, team spirit, a solution-oriented approach, analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and confident presentation skills
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
