Senior Business Controller - Marketing (m/f/d)
Description
Babbel is hiring a Senior Business Controller (FP&A) for its Berlin-based Finance team to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the company's global marketing activities. The role combines financial modelling with commercial business partnering, helping leaders understand performance drivers and where investment creates value. Responsibilities include annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, variance analysis, and translating data into clear KPIs and recommendations for senior stakeholders. It requires at least six years of Controlling/FP&A experience, ideally in a B2C, subscription, or SaaS environment, and strong English.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, or a related field, ideally in a B2C, digital product subscription, or SaaS environment
- Strong track record owning or significantly contributing to budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modelling, and performance analysis
- Experience partnering with senior leadership in an international, fast-paced environment
- Strong English language skills
