Description

Celonis is hiring a (Senior) Onboarding Sales Enablement Manager, based in Munich, to build and run a world-class onboarding program for newly hired Account Executives. The role designs, delivers, and coaches a 30-60-90 day onboarding journey, embeds sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, and teaches new hires to position the Celonis platform to C-level executives. It also owns a yearly junior-sales talent program and tracks onboarding metrics such as time-to-first-deal to continuously improve the curriculum. The hybrid role requires sales enablement or enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, strong facilitation skills, and willingness to travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or a quota-carrying enterprise B2B sales role (AE or BDR) at a high-growth SaaS, data, or cloud infrastructure company
  • Ability to quickly master the Celonis platform and articulate data architecture, process analytics, and workflow automation in clear business-value terms
  • Familiarity with modern enablement tech stacks (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, or modern LMS platforms)
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Willingness to travel to key locations for in-person training (primarily Munich and the US East Coast)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
