Sales Development Representative - DACH (Berlin Hybrid)
Description
n8n, an open workflow-automation and AI orchestration platform, is building its enterprise SDR team in Berlin. The Sales Development Representative partners with Enterprise Account Executives to break into large DACH-region organisations, taking an account-based approach: researching strategic accounts, mapping stakeholders and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI. The role is a structured path towards an Account Executive position, with MEDDPICC coaching, discovery training and live deal exposure. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Berlin office.
Requirements
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid-market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of results
- Ability to work from the Berlin office three days per week
