Description

Flink, a quick-commerce grocery delivery company, is hiring a Hub Manager for its operations in Berlin. In this on-site, shift-based role you coordinate the hub staff during your shift, act as their first point of contact, and support the onboarding of new colleagues. You ensure hub processes run efficiently, work hands-on in day-to-day operations, and manage goods including inspection, booking-in, inventory control and picking. You also support workforce planning and monitor compliance with quality and hygiene (HACCP) regulations.

Requirements

  • Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit, with resilience, commitment, flexibility, pragmatism and a results-oriented approach
  • Good German or English skills
