Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of closing experience in enterprise software sales, owning and closing complex deals end-to-end
- Proven track record of building a strong pipeline and winning complex enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of modern analytics platforms and AI-driven analytics capabilities and their business value
- Experience steering a business using KPIs such as pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy and win rate
- Ability to align, motivate and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at management and C-level
- Fluent in German and English
