Description

Six-month internship (from 01.12.2026) in T-Systems International's HR Germany & Global Tech team, working on cross-company HR projects. You prepare information and decision documents for HR management, take on project-management tasks, help design and run workshops, and support administrative and organizational activities. You work on strategic future HR topics such as EU Pay Transparency, digitization and new forms of work, and contribute ideas for optimizing HR processes with digital tools. The role suits students of business administration or a comparable field with strong German and English (at least C1).

Requirements

  • Studying business administration or a comparable field, or in a gap year
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking, high personal initiative and excellent communication skills
  • Structured way of working
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level)
