Helsing, a defence-AI company, is hiring a Physical Security Specialist (Security Guard) at Helsing Germany GmbH in Munich to oversee and safeguard the physical security of its facilities. Day-to-day work includes monitoring security camera networks, responding to alerts via hazard-detection and alarm systems, escorting contractors and visitors, and managing access-control systems and physical and digital keys. The role coordinates with emergency services as a central dispatch hub, drafts incident reports and shift logs, and supports the secure handling of classified materials and Official Secrets. Fluent German and English, extensive physical-security and incident-management expertise, and sound decision-making under pressure are required.

Requirements

  • Extensive practical expertise in physical security guarding and incident management
