Description

As Senior HR Tech Solution Architect at Flix in Berlin, you will join the People & Organization Digital Transformation team to shape and transform Flix's global HR technology landscape. • Strong HR domain and Workday expertise across core HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, talent, recruiting and surrounding enterprise systems
  • Demonstrable experience driving Workday transformations end to end, including redesigns, platform revamps and/or migrations
  • Strong integration and systems architecture knowledge, including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, SFTP, middleware, data flows and event-driven architectures
  • Experience designing HR target operating models, service-delivery models and technology governance frameworks, including security and role models, segregation of duties, audit trails, internal controls and data privacy in regulated, multi-country environments
  • Experience with cloud architecture and AI & automation technologies, including GenAI deployment, MCPs, n8n and Rovo Agents, alongside strong Jira project-management capabilities
