Senior Motion Designer (x/f/m)
Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Motion Designer to join its Global Brand Team in the Berlin studio, reporting to the Video Creative Lead. The role combines high-level 2D and 3D motion craft with systems-level thinking, concepting, storyboarding, designing and animating assets across TV, Digital OOH, Paid Social and YouTube. It also owns and evolves HelloFresh's global motion design guidelines, building reusable templates, workflows and asset libraries so quality holds at high volume. Modern AI tools such as Runway and Midjourney are used to accelerate production while keeping human creativity central. Around five or more years of motion design experience and advanced skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender and Figma are expected.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated motion design experience with a strong 2D and 3D portfolio
- Proven ability to build production pipelines, style frameworks and scalable workflows for high-volume content
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Figma and the broader Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted animation, editing or image-generation tools into creative workflows
- Exceptional eye for rhythm and pacing and sensitivity to brand context
- Proven experience applying and evolving brand systems, not just one-off videos
- Meticulous attention to detail and the communication skills to navigate stakeholder feedback
