Delivery Capacity & Demand Manager (f/m/x)
Description
As Delivery Capacity & Demand Manager on HelloFresh's Demand Steering team (within Network Operations Europe), you keep the rule-set that decides each customer's delivery days, prices and recommendations correct in a constantly moving environment. Using an in-house demand steering tool, you configure the delivery offering customers see at checkout across a set of European markets, balancing customer demand against real production and logistics capacity. You monitor daily whether the offering ran as intended, dig into data with SQL and dashboards to diagnose issues, and partner with supply chain planners, logistics teams and tech partners. You also lead validation for holiday and peak periods with evidence-backed go/no-go recommendations and help shape the tool's roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations or a related field
- Confidence with data: writing your own SQL queries, working comfortably in spreadsheets and reading dashboards to tell a real signal from noise
- A methodical, well-documented way of working, staying effective while the system is still being built out
- Ability to explain a technical problem to a non-technical colleague and make evidence-backed recommendations
- An appetite for long-term ownership and developing deep mastery of one system
- Fluent English, and based in Berlin or ready to move there
