Senior Analyst - CX Automation Intelligence & Insights

Responsibilities include monitoring user intents, defining KPIs for bot containment and NLP accuracy, running deep-dive analyses with semantic clustering and LLM evaluation, and owning executive reporting such as the MBR and EBIT reviews.
