Carrier Performance Manager (all genders)
Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Carrier Performance Manager for its Logistics Operations team in Berlin to own the performance and strategic relationships with external last-mile and middle-mile delivery partners. The role negotiates prices and SLAs, runs regular business reviews, and drives improvement measures across the DACH logistics network. It also audits partner billing, identifies cost savings, and leads projects to optimize cost, quality, and CO2 emissions. The position is a fixed-term role for 24 months with the intention to convert to permanent.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience managing external courier, express, parcel, and freight service providers, with strong negotiation skills
- Confident use of data-analysis tools, especially MS Excel or Google Workspace (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables)
- Ability to analyze complex metrics and translate them into concrete recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Solution-oriented, structured working style and a pragmatic approach to dynamic operational challenges
- Fluent German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2)
