Senior Specialist, Product Operations - (Logistics Service)
Description
Delivery Hero is hiring a Senior Specialist, Product Operations for its Logistics Service product line within the Product Performance team in Berlin. The role focuses on the performance of customer-support products (agent-facing tools, the self-service engine, and the global compensation application), running analyses on customer behavior and issue resolution to improve retention and reduce operational costs. It involves designing and evaluating A/B tests, monitoring KPIs, and delivering dashboards, insights, and recommendations to regional teams and leadership. Strong analytical skills, SQL, and reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio are required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience (excluding internships) in a consulting or tech company in functions like product operations, user retention, pricing, or revenue management
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, social sciences, psychology)
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets
- Self-driven, communicative, independent, and pragmatic
- Proactive and intellectually curious, motivated by shaping product and business strategy
- Excellent hands-on knowledge of reporting tools (Tableau or Looker Studio) and strong SQL skills
