Compliance Manager
Description
Delivery Hero is hiring a Compliance Manager for its Global GRC team in Berlin to oversee the group-wide compliance management system. The role develops policies, conducts risk assessments, runs compliance awareness programs, and drives monitoring and continuous improvement across areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, international economic sanctions, human rights due diligence, and internal investigations. It serves as deputy to the Global Head of Compliance, advises senior stakeholders, and leads a compliance team in Berlin. A degree in law or business and 7+ years of compliance or legal experience are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline with 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or related functions, preferably in international, fast-paced environments
- Experience in people management, including leading and developing small teams
- Strong expertise in compliance frameworks including Anti-Bribery & Corruption, International Economic Sanctions, CSRD, and other regulatory and governance requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading compliance programs and managing complex compliance matters independently
- Strong analytical, investigative, and risk management capabilities, including conducting or overseeing investigations
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English
