Description

Senior Principal Product Manager for Propositions Customer Experience at Zalando in Berlin, an individual-contributor role at the same seniority as a Head of Product. Requirements

  • Multi-year experience and a strong track record of envisioning, developing, and building successful customer-facing products across diverse proposition domains, ideally in an online marketplace or multi-category e-commerce environment
  • Ability to set and explain a product vision and drive strategy across multiple product teams, with proven end-to-end product lifecycle management
  • Strong customer mindset with experience leading product discovery
  • Commercial acumen using user insights, market benchmarks, and commercial data
  • Experience navigating complex, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams in Design, Engineering, and Commercial
  • Analytical acumen for evaluating quantitative and qualitative data to make informed product decisions
  • Technical acumen to engage in detailed discussions with engineering teams
  • Thought leadership in developing, coaching, and mentoring product managers
