Description

Helsing, a European defence AI company, is hiring a Learning and Enablement Manager to own the day-to-day design and delivery of its onboarding, leadership and learning programmes as it scales. Reporting to the People Operations Learning Lead, you host and facilitate in-person onboarding in Munich, keep learning resources current, and ensure programmes run smoothly for stakeholders across the business. You coordinate cohort logistics with hiring managers, Security, IT and People Operations, maintain the Confluence knowledge base, build leadership and learning content, and measure and iterate using onboarding and engagement data. The role requires fluent German and English and being based in or willing to relocate to Munich for regular in-person facilitation.

Requirements

  • Facilitate and present onboarding sessions with clarity, bringing the company's mission, culture and operating model to life
  • Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder programmes and keep them on track, from cohort logistics to cross-functional alignment
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback, including survey data, to identify trends and shape continuous improvement
  • Build, structure and maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation such as Confluence or Notion
  • Communicate clearly and build effective working relationships across technical and non-technical teams
  • Speak German and English fluently and be based in or willing to relocate to Munich for regular in-person facilitation
