
Program Manager Working Student 2027
Description
This working-student role in Munich gives a university student real project-management responsibility supporting the growth of Amazon's European operations network. You collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve a program's offering, track open actions, conduct deep dives, provide data insights, and analyze processes to identify critical points and anticipate risks. You support the team in recommending and executing network improvements and contribute innovative long-term solutions. The 12-month role (20 hours per week) is mentored and includes access to Amazon's learning platforms, with start dates flexible between January and September 2027.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Currently in your penultimate or final year working towards a university degree, graduating after the internship
- Available to start the Working Student role between January and September 2027, for 12 months at 20 hours/week
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups, VBA)
- Based in Munich for the duration of the contract
