Description

Enterprise Account Executive role at Salesforce specializing in the Agentforce Service platform, leading customer service transformation for German enterprises with a strong footprint in Transport, Logistics and Services. Acting as a strategic overlay to Core Account Executives, the AE sells the AI and software platform (not consulting hours) that transforms customers' service departments. The role involves engaging Heads of Customer Service, IT, HR and C-level executives, articulating how autonomous AI agents resolve routine cases, and orchestrating the full sales cycle. Success requires driving strategy and coordinating Solution Engineers, Customer Success and Partners to close business.

Requirements

Fluent, business-level German and English
Strong grasp of the technology, systems and AI models driving modern service operations
Consultative mindset able to explain complex AI concepts to executives in simple business terms
Strong collaboration skills to build trust with internal Core Account Executives
Fit for one of three profiles: complex Customer Service/Contact Center/ITSM/HR software sales, service transformation consulting, or having led a customer service function or transformation on the client side
