Description

Statista, the world's leading business data platform, is hiring a Working Student for its Healthcare business unit in Hamburg to support business development and operations. The role sets up and maintains the healthcare CRM to track business opportunities, structures and maintains the internal knowledge space using AI, and supports the leadership team with conference bookings, vendor communication, SAP invoicing and meeting coordination. It is an administrative and business-development support role and requires excellent English, strong organizational skills and enrollment at a Hamburg university.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Hamburg for at least one more year
  • Interest and skills in using AI tools to structure knowledge and automate routine admin tasks
  • Strong organizational skills for managing bookings, invoices and data accurately
  • Confident with or eager to learn SAP and comfortable navigating multiple systems in parallel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
