Description

Helsing, a defence AI company, is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting delivery across a portfolio spanning technical, product and hardware functions. Working closely with hiring managers and the Talent team, you will translate hiring plans into structured, high-quality search processes and place exceptional candidates across key business units. The role shapes programmatic talent acquisition initiatives such as market mapping and sourcing strategies, and builds proactive talent pools within the German market. This is a hands-on, Munich-based role that demands rigour, credible stakeholder relationships and a commitment to raising hiring quality as Helsing scales.

Requirements

  • Delivered full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech environments with a high talent bar, across hardware engineering, production engineering, production operations, manufacturing or product
  • Sourced and placed talent within the German market for a major part of your career, building proactive pipelines
  • Communicate credibly with technical candidates and senior business leaders, with success in deeptech, defence, autonomous vehicles, aerospace or robotics
  • Manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions without compromising rigour or quality
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline including creative search techniques, talent mapping, requisition qualification and high-volume outreach and screening
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Munich
