- Completed degree in electrical engineering with a focus on high-frequency technology, communications engineering or a comparable field
- Professional experience in hardware development and high-frequency technology
- Sound knowledge of hardware design tools, for example SPICE, Microwave Office, CST or HFSS
- Experience in programming, ideally with Python, as well as proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting
- Very good German skills at least at C2 level and good English skills, written and spoken
- Structured and quality-oriented way of working and enjoyment of developing innovative solutions in interdisciplinary development teams
