Description

Customer service advisor for consumer loans at CHECK24 (C24 Kreditservice GmbH), handling inbound customer enquiries by phone and email. You support customers who contact CHECK24 with a specific concern, with no cold calling, outbound sales or sales targets. You take on cases that go beyond simple first-line information, review the case history, document your work and coordinate closely with loan advisors and internal contacts. Prior loan knowledge is not required; a structured onboarding teaches the products, processes and systems.

Requirements

At least two years of professional experience in customer service, customer advice or another role with intensive customer contact
Professional communication: good listening, asking the right questions and explaining matters clearly and reliably
Composure in demanding situations, staying calm and solution-oriented with impatient or dissatisfied customers
Business-fluent German, spoken and written
Structured way of working with reliable documentation
Digital confidence, working with several systems in parallel
