Senior CRM Manager, Referrals (all genders)
Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Senior CRM Manager for Referrals to scale its referral program, one of its highest-ROI acquisition channels, across a global brand portfolio spanning 16 countries. You will design end-to-end referral customer journeys across Email, Push and in-product touchpoints, and build segmented communication strategies that turn happy customers into active referrers. The role drives performance through data, A/B testing and self-serve analytics, and leads adoption of AI tools to make the referral CRM pipeline faster and smarter. You will work closely with CRM Operations, Product, Analytics, Pricing & Discounting and Creative teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or email marketing
- Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns across multiple CRM channels
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable reading performance dashboards and drawing actionable conclusions
- A genuinely creative perspective on CRM and referral communications
- Familiarity with or strong interest in AI tools for marketing (content creation, personalisation, automation)
- Strong communicator, used to working across Creative, Analytics, Operations and local teams
- Degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
