[FACTOR] Senior Operational Excellence Manager (all genders)
Description
Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is hiring a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to lead the OpEx team at its food production site and drive continuous improvement of production and business processes. Applying Lean and WCM methodologies, you will deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, productivity and cost, leading cross-functional projects from idea to implementation. The role partners with Production, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain, using data and root-cause analysis to support fact-based decisions. You will also build a culture of continuous improvement through workshops and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- A university degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering or a similar role, ideally in manufacturing or food production
- Proven experience driving cross-functional improvement projects and turning ideas into measurable results
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, using data to influence decisions
- Fluent in German and English with a proactive, hands-on mindset
