Security and Loss Prevention Manager (all genders)

As a Security & Loss Prevention Manager at Zalando, you support security operations across the logistics fulfilment network, working with Berlin-based and site-based teams. You lead centralized and local security projects covering security standards, process improvements, transportation theft, cargo crime and data-driven loss prevention. You maintain and develop security incident reporting and guard management software, roll out security concepts across the network, and build a strong stakeholder network to strengthen the security culture. The role is based in Berlin and requires a willingness to travel regularly throughout Europe.
