Requirements
- Completed degree at Master's level or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience as a software architect or senior engineer in complex, product-oriented devices or systems
- Hands-on experience in hardware-related software development with modern C++ and the ability to design stable, maintainable C++ APIs
- Experience with end-to-end software architectures, from embedded or firmware layers to device services, GUIs and remote APIs
- Good knowledge of build and release concepts such as Yocto, Buildroot and cross-toolchains, and an understanding of CI/CD principles
- Experience with C++ unit and integration testing, mocking, test automation, static analysis and profiling tools such as GoogleTest, Catch2, clang-tidy, sanitizers, perf or ftrace
- Familiarity with requirements and systems engineering, including traceability from requirements to tests and the definition of clear acceptance criteria
- Strong communication skills in German and English
